What the hell was that?

To the last guy who reviewed this, that wasn't noir. I have no idea why they called it noir. If it was supposed to be funny then they should have put it under comedy. I would have put it under animals, or if there was a section called "Meaningless films about amphibian sex and murder" I would have put it there. But i don't run the site, so whatever. I may have given it a few more points if it was under comedy.
